Wow, what an incredibly boring, yet entertaining Saturday.
I'm actually writing this in notepad and I plan on just copying and pasting it into D*Land on Monday or whenever.
My parents are out right now, they'll be out until aroun 12 midnight because they're out at some reunion type party thing and they left my 2 sisters and I at home with some pizza and wings for dinner. Great, huh? Normally, it would be great, it's just that I can't go online, or do anything. I'm supposed to stay in their room until we fall asleep.
And they call me "responsible". Apparently not responsible enough to be trusted with my sisters without having to be limited to the walls of their room for 6 hours.
And it's only 6.56 PM. Damn.
So they're out and I can't go online, that's why I happen to be writing this in notepad, because everytime I sneak online and I've been caught and let off the hook. But I can sense that if I do get caught the next time, I may never be able to go near ot even think about the internet forever. Or at least till they're dead.
So, as I was saying, boring, but entertaining enough to keep me alive. Well, not that entertaining, but I'm alive, right?
I went to the library today, to catch up on my reading and get all the books I have been wanting to read for a long time. One of them, called Leslie's Journal by Allan Stratton and it's such an awesome story. The plot may not be so original, but the story really captures your heart and makes you wanna scream at Leslie to fix herself, but at the same time you wanna coax her to keep on going with what she's chosen to do, just to see what will happen. It was such a great book, I couldn't put it down and I've been reading it ever since I got it. There's also this other book, called Face by Benjamin Zephaniah, which is also good so far. I've only read about the first chapter, but I'm getting there.
I'm watching the Fairly Oddparents, am I love that show. Cosmo is so stupid...he's smart. Which makes everything even funnier than it already is. It's the movie "Abra-Catastrophe", I didn't get to watch all of it, so I want to...
Back to my day, so my dad went to this auto store to buy new windshield wipers for the Rav-4 (we have the old version, not that new and spiffy one) which gave me even more time to read in the car while listening to K-ROCK to try and win tickets for an acoustic concert by GC on the 14th of this month. NO luck with that, and even if I did win, I'd probably be too attached to the book to say anything to the D.J.. So I continued my reading and my dad decided to drop by a friend's house. We stayed for a few minutes because she was sick with the flu so we went home. Which I spent lots of hours in my room, reading the books I took out and listening to music.
See, I told you it was a boring yet oddly entertaining Saturday!!!
So my mom got home and she made me do her hair since she doesn't have skills (not that I do well either, it's just that one night I happened to do an incredible job on her hair and she took that as if I'm going to be her personal hairstylist now) and retouch her nailpolish. She's a bit shaky with nail polish. Then they left us here and that's where I am right now.

I'm currently working on science homework, while trying to add to my [FICS]. Lately, I've been able to balance all of my work with "play time" evenly, and I hope it stays like that all year. I don't want to have to be procrastinating till the very last day and then getting a bad grade or whatever consequence afterwards. I learned my lesson last year and made it without making it seem like I missed anything at all. I got things in at the very last minute and they showed as "high quality work". *cough*

I'm sorting thru (decent) pictures that I can give to Sisi to scan for me, just so that I'll have some good ones stored on my computer. And so far I have 2.
My idea of "decent" is that 1) I Don't Look Like A Frickin' Retard On Crack 2) I'm not in any way fancy looking (I happen to have lots of pictures from church occasions and I'm all spiffed up in some fancy-schmancy dress) 3) My eyes are fully open (There were a lot of pictures from school trips to like Boston on the whale watch where I'm half asleep. I look really high. Refer to 1) 3) I don't look like I'm 5 years old. (I was surprised to see that in a lot of my pictures I look all young and innocent *smirk*)
Yeah, there's still only 2 that I've found.
I'm now watching that Social Distortion video, "Story of My Life". Tash tells me it's her favorite song, next to "Fall Back Down" but I'm not really liking it. So far, I've been really addicted to the new music my KoRn ("Right Now"), P.O.D. ("Will You"), Audioslave ("I Am The Highway"), and that song by some person named FeFe Dobson. It's been stuck in my head and it won't get out. I admit, it's a pretty catchy tune ("Tune?!? We don't say tune!!"-Benji), but I'm not sure if it includes the whole band that was in the video or just the singer, who I assume is to be "FeFe" Dobson. It kinda makes her sound like a dog. ^.^
I've added to my list of "Men who should survive if the world were to blow". I even started a post in the game forum of [GCFan] called "Last Man Standing". But I haven't checked up on what they'ce suggested. Here's MY total list, I don't care if you like 'em or not:
