Alright, Saturday night. God, half of me wished I hadn't of been there, the other half wishes that it had lasted the whole night.
I'll just give you the highlights of the evening.
&! Okay, so we got there waited a bit before eating and ate. That wasn't much of a highlight.
&! What was a partial highlight was me, Nathalie, Kaye, and Ayla getting really drunk off of shirley temples (yeah, yeah, everyone says you can't get drunk off of 'em but we swore that bar person put a tiny bit of alcohol. Promise. ^_^)
&! Remember how I told you that a filipino party consists of only 3 things? (food, kareoke, and line dancing. blech.) Well, the DJ was teaching all of that, for about and hour. Yes, an hour.
&! Now keep that DJ in your head, he's crucial in our next point.
&! So he put on some songs (you know, those new generation, 50 cent, Sean Paul crap that most adults are not into?) and everyone begins to sit. But now, this DJ is relentless and will not have that at his party. (Did I mention that this DJ is pretty cute? no? Well, he is. I don't want to seem like an idiot though just becuase I think he's hot.)
So he goes around, getting people to stand up and dance, and I, personally, am not a very good dancer. Sure, I can shake my ass and shit, but...you know..
Well, I try to escape to the bar (haha, silly me) and he comes up to me and "whisks" me away onto the floor and starts...er..."shaking it" and I'm kind of standing there awkwardly hoping my dad yells at him for making a 13 year old dance so...dirrty. Heh, but now, my dad just waves me on. Tut.
Yeah, so just imagine, little ol' Aldo, trying to shake her invisible rump in front of family and friends.
